I'm always super curious about the people I'm planning on working with - so if that's you too, here's a bit of info about me.
With over a decade of experience working as a therapist, I know that what may seem impossible now, can become your reality.
I have lived with a chronic health condition since I was young and know that life can be complicated and harder than we ever wanted it to be. I also know that it is possible to find your way to a rich and full life that is rooted in joy and connection.
Over the years, I have worked with people to help them navigate the complexities of being human, and still emerge with a sense of themselves. I have also sat with people as they shared their life stories; stories of how they embraced who they are and lived lives full of big adventure and quiet beauty - all because they had the courage to embrace their authenticity. I want that for you.
I want you to be able to live a life that is connected to your true self; that is filled with everyday joy and the confidence to weather the storms of life.
If you are interested in working together, book a call today. I'd love to meet you!
For those of you who love a bit of superfluous detail (P.S. I'm definitely one of you). I love to bake; I think afternoon naps are a thing of beauty; and I have a love/hate relationship with cold water swimming (or dips, really).
If you're not bored yet - I am Accredited with the BACP and am an NCPS Accredited Professional. I trained as a person-centred counsellor and was awarded an MSc in Counselling Psychology by Keele University in 2016. I have a diploma from the Grove in Integrative Supervision and a certificate in Relationship Counselling, a certificate in Coaching Skills and a few more things I'll list below soon. It is important to me to invest in developing and deepening my knowledge and understanding of different ways that we can experience life; and I am always learning how we can navigate it with compassion and connection.
